Theera kanaa is a beautiful relationship between father, son and nature. A middle aged man kathir, who had a wonderful experience on his wildlife photography came back to his home. He had a plan for his son's(dhrvu) birthday but dhruv rejected all his ideas and asked to take him to see the sparrows. Kathir agreed his son's wish and took him to the place where he used to take photo of the sparrow. On that place they had a shock that no sparrows species where left over. Dhruv was desperate to see sparrows, he had an argument with kathir on that night and he got upset. Kathir starts a research that night about sparrows and finds it. Next day a beautiful life changing journey starts with a song for both dhruv and kathir. On there journey they met a gyspy girl who voluntarily joined with them and journey continues with many ups & down finally they reached that village. The village president warmly welcomed and greeted them. Sun rises next day morning and dhruv was filled with happiness and his dream came true. They journey become life changing moment for kathir about the way of seeing nature. The journey continues.
